Mr Tran Viet Quan is a partner in charge of the firm’s corporate practice group. He advises on matters of corporate, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, investment, and labor. He has also been active in arbitration and dispute settlement. Experiencing around 10 years of experience, prior to founding VLM Law Firm, Mr Quan was not only a qualified lawyer at one of the top tier law firms (LNT & Partners) but also a Legal Manager at a foreign retail group (MM Mega Market). He was also a lecturer at BizLight Businessmen School.
