Lawyer Vinh brings over 15 years of legal expertise in Vietnam, advising corporations, investment funds, and foreign investors on a wide range of legal matters. Vinh has extensive experience guiding foreign investors through share and asset acquisitions, business establishment, private equity transactions, business restructurings, and drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts. Additionally, he has a proven track record in handling dispute resolution matters, providing comprehensive and strategic solutions to clients.
Before joining VLM, Lawyer Vinh was associate and lawyer at many large firms such as Tilleke & Gibbins, LNT & Partners; cum Head of legal for Vietnamese and FDI corporates including Central Retail Vietnam, Nguyen Kim, UPC Renewables Vietnam Management.
