In April 2024, VLM successfully completed 02 notable legal services for 02 different FDI companies:
The first achievement, after 06 months, the transfer transaction of assets (in Binh Duong province) between a Chinese company (Buyer) and a Singaporean invested company (Seller) has completed. During the course of service, VLM Lawyers used its best effort and professional skills to tailor solutions for the deal with total value of around 15 million dollars.
The other milestone is that VLM obtained the Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) for the project of Thai investor with the investment capital of up to 45 million dollars to invest in the field of paint and chemical production.
